InfoServe365 Ltd. has a fundamental ambition to help strengthen and grow manufacturing within the UK, Europe and the wider world.

InfoServe365 Ltd. is a company that offers much more than data collection and reporting services. As a member of the Optima Group they command a respected position within manufacturing industry having successfully operated in the sector since 1995 and built up a first class reputation for holding leading edge technical competence.

Adrian West and Michael Hill formed InfoServe365 Ltd. in January 2007 following a two-year product development program of the InfoServe365 platform– and AssetManager, their automated production data collection system.

The unique combination of having vast industrial control knowledge coupled with strong IT expertise allowed them to develop the InfoServe365 platform and advance beyond existing business management information products. By connecting directly to new and existing machine control systems AssetManager would mean companies could then automatically gather machine data, collate, analyse and report critical productivity KPI’s with little or no operator input, no expensive data manipulation overhead and produce truly meaningful productivity reports at the touch of a button. Something that until that point no other company had achieved.

The company now operates from its new headquarters in Blackburn, Lancashire. The Optima Group and InfoServe365 Ltd. recognise that as a high-level, knowledge based businesses, staff are the companies’ most important assets and they regard their welfare as paramount. A positive ethic supported by the fact that since 1995 only 3 engineers have left the Group.
